Made from durable acrylic with 3D name. NOTE: These fit the Hydroflask 32/40oz lids!! We do not accept returns or refund if these don't fit your tumbler so double check size and version you have.
***This style tag will not lay completely flat against the lid because of the base of the straw. The hole in tag is meant to be snug around straw to keep in place. This is the intended fit.***
Keep in mind that no lid or topper are created equal, I do test each one before shipping to make sure they do not slip off when holding upside down but this doesn't mean that it cannot happen. You can always add a strip of double sided tape to hold in place if needed.
What are your production time frames?
All items are handmade to order with an average production time of 7-10 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) therefore the ship-by dates may vary slightly. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility. We do not accept any RUSH requests at this time.
What do I do if I put in the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you need to correct your shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned, you are responsible for the additional shipping service.
What is your return & exchange policy?
To return items please contact us by email at dawn@threearrowsco.com. Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund, as long as they are received back in within 10 days of receipt and in unworn/used condition **This policy excludes custom designs. We are unable to accept returns on custom designed items**. Postage is non refundable and you will be responsible for return postage.
What if my item was delivered damaged?
In the event of damage in transit, please email us immediately. A claim for damage during shipping, missing items, or lost shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective Goods will be repaired or replaced, or a full credit may be issued at our option within 30 days of receipt of goods.
