What are your production time frames?

All items are handmade to order with an average production time of 7-10 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) therefore the ship-by dates may vary slightly. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility. We do not accept any RUSH requests at this time.

What do I do if I put in the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately if you need to correct your shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned, you are responsible for the additional shipping service. 

What is your return & exchange policy?

Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund, as long as they are received back in within 10 days of receipt and in unworn/used condition **This policy excludes custom designs. We are unable to accept returns on custom designed items**. Postage is non refundable and you will be responsible for return postage.
