To return items please contact us by email at Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund, as long as they are received back in within 10 days of receipt and in unworn condition **This policy excludes custom designs. We are unable to accept returns on custom designed items**. Postage is non refundable and you will be responsible for return postage.


All items are handmade to order with an average production time of 7-10 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) therefore the ship-by dates may vary slightly. We are unable to accept custom requests, as well as rush orders, at this time. We do not offer returns/exchanges on personalized items. We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned, you are responsible for the additional shipping service. In the event of damage in transit or lost packages, please email us immediately. We ship via USPS either Priority Mail or First-Class. If other shipping is preferred, additional costs may apply and you will be sent an additional invoice to cover the shipping difference. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation for our records. Normal shipping time can vary between 2-4 days after the item has been made (if applicable). At that time, you will receive an email confirmation that item has been completed and shipped. At this time we ship nation wide only.


In the event of damage in transit, please email us immediately. A claim for damage during shipping, missing items, or lost shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective Goods will be repaired or replaced, or a full credit may be issued at our option within 30 days of receipt of goods.
